Shin Nippon Lanka (Private) Ltd has once again, received IESL’s recognition as a training organization for engineers to obtain PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING CHARTER status after they complete the required professional training. The Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka – IESL has granted this recognition to SNL for both Mechanical & Electrical disciplines (w.e.f.2022.01.01).

Shin Nippon Lanka (Private) Ltd join with the IESL in helping to train PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT of novice Engineers of Sri Lanka, and the training they acquired as young engineers will allow them to obtain their future Chartered Engineer Status which is an internationally accepted professional status.  

This is a great recognition of the quality of training given to young engineers as there are only nine organizations accredited and recognition by the IESL for Building services Engineering(Mechanical & Electrical).

Many of the current senior engineers of Shin Nippon have benefited from this by obtaining their charter due to this achievement of the company during the past. This is great recognition of Shin Nippon Lanka (Private) Ltd as a training ground for talented young engineers and will enhance our talent recruitment going forward.
